Two Minutes is Not Enough

Two days ago my brother left to the MTC. We all love Jeffery, and we know he is going to do great. On the day he left we were all preparing. I was texting a lot because I received his phone =) We left and my brothers all started joking and having fun. Just like old times. They talked about the things they had in common. I loved seeing them together.
On Jeffery's farewell, we went to the Bahr's house for lunch. Afterwards, people came to talk to Jeff. Then we went outside to take pictures and after they all started jumping on the tramp. I love to see all my brother's together like that. They were acting like little kids again. I guess a part of them never really grew up.
I thought of these things on the way to the MTC. Our first stop was at Einsteins Bros Bagels where Michael works. We talked to him and everyone met up there. Then we left for the MTC.
I tried to wrap my head around the thought that Jeff would be gone for two years. My mind refused to believe it. While we were pulling up to the MTC we got a call. Amber's car had gotten a flat tire. They never got to come and say goodbye to Jeff. We got out of the car and were told we had two minutes. Two minutes is not enough for two years. We took a picture in front of a tree. After the picture he hugged us and kissed us goodbye. We all piled into the truck and watched him enter the MTC. That would be the last time I will see him for two years.
